Meet Shelby
Throughout her life, she has always had the passion for decorating for her loved ones’ birthdays and making them feel special! She feels joy and happiness when she can see the excitement on a client’s face as they see their setup for the first time. Shelby’s mission is to create joyful experiences and to have her creations be a part of lasting memories—it’s something she takes to heart.
Her family is the reason she started her decoration and rental business, giving her the inspiration to follow her passion. Both her and her husband
Tommy are Army veterans and spent a lot of time traveling. They are now back in Arizona and have become parents to their two children.
Back In December of 2023 Balloons And Everything lost all of their inventory due their storage facility catching on fire. This led them to take a different direction and start up their own online party shop! Customers will now have access to kits, digital downloads and more made personally by Shelby herself!
